Welcome to the booking page for the Bowen Island Ballfield.

Please read before booking:

• This is a community ballfield and as such there may be people, groups, or teams on the field at anytime. While this booking form aims to help the three main users of the field (Youth, Fastpitch and Slopitch) organize and minimize crowding at the field, there may be other community groups, impromptu events or just a bunch of people wanting to use the field.
  
• NOTE that youth games and practices will take priority , followed by Slopitch and Fastpitch league games. Your booking may be cancelled if either of these groups require the field for league reasons. League bookings will try to be booked in advance.
  
• Please book no more than 14 days in advance.
  
• Please don’t overbook. There are 16 teams that would like access to this field.
  
• Be reasonable with your booking. Try to begin and end on time. Be aware that going over your booking slot may infringe on other’s time.
